Within the meeting held on 18 June 2025 the Faculty of Architecture of the at the University of Ljubljana and the Institute of Art History agreed on cooperation through project Housing.Yu – “Right to Housing”: The Production of Everyday Living Spaces in Yugoslavia (1945–1991). The collaboration will primarily focus on the development and implementation of an experimental design studio at the Faculty in the academic year 2027./2028.
The meeting was attended by members of the Housing.Yu team – project leader Dr. Tamara Bjažić Klarin, Irena Šimić, and Frano Petar Zovko – alongside the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Mihael Dešman, project team member Dr. Martina Malešič, and project collaborator Prof. Anja Planišček.
During the visit, the team also held meetings with Maja Vardjan, Director of the Museum of Architecture and Design (MAO), and Prof. Dr. Beti Žerovc, Professor at the Department of Art History, University of Ljubljana, to initiate cooperation with these institutions as well.
